tears, tears, tears...
so many tears. look at how many people stood in the freezing cold to support our new President. i watched part of the inauguration through live internet feed at work, and came home and watched nothing but coverage of this amazing, inspiring, emotional day. tears flowed at random times, emotions just came and went, came and went. the Obama's first dance was tear city for me. this is just an amazing day, it is an amazing time in our history and i am so lucky to be here to experience it. in a way i wish i had more family to share this experience with. my family isn't the type to share emotional moments together, but i see all of these parents with their children, crying and sharing this great experience together. I love it. I love that everyone has come together, support each other, and believe in the thought of America again. It has been lost for so long, and now we are back. it's so overwhelming. i absolutely LOVE that i am here, that i exist to experience this day.
